Nocturne Green: This color is what you could call a "happy accident." To develop Payne's Grey, I mixed some of our Prussian Blue with Burnt Umber Cool on a palette. This made a black that resembled Payne's Grey. However, when I mixed the raw pigments and milled them, the color chose a different path you can not achieve just by mixing.
